Ranking Up

Please do NOT ask to be ranked up. The only way you can be ranked up is that you join the projects. Only one position (the Helping Hands) that you can be promoted without joining the projects. There is nothing else except the rest of council. And that, you have to be very and VERY active, helpful, friendly and stuff. Please do not ask to be in council or any other rank.
